Welcome to Transitions Behavioral Health!

Transitions Behavioral Health is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD), and the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMHS)!

We are an accredited CARF behavior health center. We are highly regarded for our therapeutic approach to treating clients with Autism and related disorders. These services are provided collaboratively with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Registered Behavior Technician or Qualified Mental Health Specialist.

Our certification through DODD allows us to provide our Adult Day program that provides recreation and leisure support for our Adult Clients. 

We are also a Certified Behavioral Health Agency. This allows us to provide individualized support services to clients of all ages through Medicaid and affiliated MCOs. These services include Therapy, Case Management, Mental Health Day Treatment, and Therapeutic Behavioral Services.

We are also contracted to provide support and consultation with several local school districts to support the needs of clients with communication and behavioral needs.

Our staff includes Direct Support Professionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, Music Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Qualified Mental Health Specialists, Clinical Social Workers, Case Managers, and a Speech Pathologist. This collaborative structure allows us to provide continued practice and support for clients with communication and behavioral challenges.
